All ages and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join our welcoming, supportive community in Wetherill Park. Our coaches are not only experts in health and fitness, but they are also expert motivators. We pride ourselves on providing each client with a safe, clean, and friendly environment from day one. At OPEX Fitness, your goals are our goals, and we want you to be successful in and out of the gym.

1. Meet & Greet

This is a pressure-free way to see if we are what you’re searching for. You’ll meet us, see what it’s like to train here and figure out if we work with your schedule. So why a meeting instead of a session? Because we really want you to feel at home and step 1 is inviting you into our space to get a feel for everything about the OPEX experience.

2. Movement Assessment

We go deep to figure out your current physical ability, movement patterns, strengths and weaknesses to create an unparalleled training experience.

Our coaches sweat the details and dwell on the small stuff. Decades of experience have taught us that the small details can make a big difference, and we’re all about making a BIG impact on your health and fitness.

3. Training at OPEX

You train when it suits you, not when we choose to run classes. All of your training sessions are covered by an experienced, professional coach, so you’re never left guessing about what to do.

Training with your own program and schedule doesn’t mean sacrificing fun and friendships. You’ll be training alongside great people who want the best for themselves and others, and don’t mind a little dance when the beats are pumping.

Training at OPEX is the perfect blend of results, relationships and fun.

4. Living the OPEX life

The gym is only 1 hour of your day. What happens in the other 23 hours? Optimising your nutrition, lifestyle, and recovery helps us maximise the results you get from your time in the gym.

Life’s busy and can feel chaotic, so we’re big on time spent in nature, regularly switching off from endless notifications and spending time doing the things that fulfill us most, and we’ll teach you how to fit that into your life.

5. Accountability and constant progress

With a full schedule of responsibilities and commitments, it’s easy to let your fitness goals slide. We make sure that when life gets busy, your fitness and health don’t suffer. We hold you accountable to your goals, but we also adjust your program as life inevitably ebbs and flows.

Every 4 weeks you’ll sit down with your coach to catch up, review the previous month’s training and refine your program for the month to come. It’s training designed for real life.

Your program progresses and evolves as you do. Every 4-6 weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a catch up with your coach to review and refine your goals, priorities and adjust your training for any changes in lifestyle. Your training is reviewed by your coach on a weekly basis and your program is adjusted accordingly.

The regular consultations ensure that your fitness benefits your life inside and outside of the gym. Whether that is providing for your kids, building your career without losing a grip on your social life, or building the sustainable, healthy, fit physique you’ve always dreamed of having, your OPEX Western Sydney coach will design your path to get you there while also helping you to enjoy the ride.
