All ages and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join our welcoming, supportive community. Our coaches are not only experts in health and fitness, but they are also expert motivators. We pride ourselves on providing each client with a safe, clean, and friendly environment from day one. At OPEX, your goals are our goals, and we want you to be successful in and out of the gym.

1. CONSULTATION

A face to face meeting with one of our on-site coaches to discuss your experience, goals, and lifestyle.

In this 30 minute consultation we’ll talk about:

  • What you’ve done in the past
  • What you’re doing now
  • Where you want to go in the future

We’ll help you set goals for the long term and design the stepping stones to get you there.

2. Movement Assessment

Our 60 minutes assessment isn’t a test, it’s a tool that gives us a starting point to understand where you are NOW, so we can build the right program that works on what you need from the start.

We want to create an understanding around:

  • Your time constraints
  • Personal goals
  • Current physical ability

This allows us to create an unparalleled training experience.

3. TRAINING AT OPEX

Once your assessment is completed, your coach carefully analyses your results and designs a program to get you started.

We deliver the workouts to the palm of your hand through the power of FitBot, an online app that ensures you have access to your workouts wherever you are. Workout delivery and tracking, real time messaging, exercise demos and the ability to upload training videos, all in one place, streamline the training experience and allow our coaches to track your progress efficient and effectively.

A coach is always there

All of your training sessions are covered by an experienced, professional coach. Our floor coaches are on hand to ensure you are not only performing your program safely and efficiently but maximising the quality of your time spent in the gym.
If you’ve ever felt like you needed to ask a question but were lost in a group class, you never have to feel that way again. Our coaches will explain everything to you and ensure you understand what you need to do. 

AN awesome community

Having your own program doesn’t mean you train in a corner by yourself. Our community is built on support, inclusion and non-judgement. We know that training with motivated people around you pushes you to work harder, and our members are welcoming, encouraging and friendly. It’s the fun of training in a group environment, with the results of personal training.

4. REFINEMENT

Your program progresses and evolves as you do. Every 4-6 weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a catch up with your coach to review and refine your goals, priorities and adjust your training for any changes in lifestyle. Your training is reviewed by your coach on a weekly basis and your program is adjusted accordingly.

The regular consultations ensure that your fitness benefits your life inside and outside of the gym. Whether that is providing for your kids, building your career without losing a grip on your social life, or building the sustainable, healthy, fit physique you’ve always dreamed of having, your OPEX Western Sydney coach will design your path to get you there while also helping you to enjoy the ride.
